We welcome 1 dog per unit or 1 cat, or 1 dog and 1 cat together, or 2 cats. Fully grown weight cannot exceed 45 lbs. One-time, non-refundable fee per cat is $200 and $20/mo. pet rent per cat. One-time, non-refundable fee for a dog is $300 with $30/mo. pet rent.
*Restricted breeds are Pit Bulls, Dobermans, Chows, Shepherd, Rottweiler, Mastiffs, Husky's, Labradors (Labs), Bull Terriers, American Staffordshire, Staffordshire Bull Terriers, American Bull Dogs, or any hybrid/mix of the above.
